Jarrett Joining?

Following hot on the heels of yesterday's announcement that Ben Foster has returned to the club on a season long loan, Watford may be about to snap up another player on a similar deal.

Brighton & Hove Albion's Albert Jarrett, so impressive during a trial earlier in pre-season, is rumoured to be on the verge of linking up with the Golden Boys.

Jarrett, 21, is considered surplus to requirements at the Withdean Stadium and his performances, especially when netting against Northwood on his non-competitive debut may have been sufficiently good enough to convince Watford manager, Aidy Boothroyd that he is worth taking a gamble on.

The London born Jarrett made 18 appearances for the Seagulls last season, without scoring.
