Lewington Rues Red Card

The Hornets had to play for more than an hour without the midfielder after he was dismissed just 21 minutes into the game at Loftus Road for a deliberate handball.

"The sending-off made it hard for us and the second goal just before half-time killed us," Lewington said after the 3-1 defeat.

"50 points should be enough and we have nine games left to get them.

"Nottingham Forest and Gillingham, in the bottom three along with Rotherham, will have to do well to get out of it."
