Young Stars In England Victory

Watford's Ashley Young played the full 90 minutes as England gained a one goal victory over their Dutch counterparts in AZ Alkmaar last night.

The Stevenage born winger was given a role on the left hand side of a three man midfield by acting manager, Sammy Lee in a contest settled by an early goal by Arsenal's Justin Hoyte following an error by Holland goalkeeper Boy Waterman.

Young who made his first start in the previous game away in Germany now has four England Under 21 caps.
