A goalless draw at home to Hull City this afternoon has ensured the Golden Boys third position in the final Coca-Cola Championship table, whilst the Eagles finished in sixth spot following a one goal defeat at already promoted Sheffield United.
The first leg will be played at Selhurst Park on Saturday 6 May, Kick-off 12.15pm with the return match taking place at Vicarage Road on Tuesday 9 May, Kick-off 7.45pm.
Preston North End ended the campaign in fourth place after a two goal Deepdale triumph over Leeds United, whom they will now meet in the other two legged Semi-Final on Friday 5 May and Monday 8 May.
