Boothroyd's Hamuer Blow

Watford manager, Aidy Boothroyd has been dealt a severe setback ahead of the all important upcoming fixtures against Wigan Athletic (Saturday) and Fulham on New Year's Day with the news that Hamuer Bouazza is likely to be sidelined for up to a month.

With the team struggling to score goals the flying Frenchmen had been earmarked to play a starring role by his manager in a revamped counter attacking style, but after impressing against the Gunners on Boxing Day the 21-year-old was forced off late on with a suspected dislocated shoulder.

The injury is a further disappointment to the ever positive Bradford born boss who has seen fellow striker, Darius Henderson struggle up front on his own in the absence of long term injury victim Marlon King.
