Gayle remains doubtful for cup clash
Gayle picked up a hamstring injury in the match against The Saddlers.

However, loan signing Danny Webber has been cleared to play by Manchester United and although he missed the 2-0 victory at the weekend with an ankle knock, boss Ray Lewington says he could figure in this game.

"I thought Danny would be fit for Walsall and I was quite disappointed when the physio told me he wouldn't play," Lewington told the club's official website.

"There is a chance he'll play, and if the physio feels that he can't do any permanent damage then he'll play. But we'll have to wait and see.

And Marcus has a hamstring problem, so it doesn't look very promising to be honest."

Definitely out will be long term injury victims Heidar Helguson (thigh), Gifton Noel-Williams (knee) and Allan Nielsen (suspension).
