Hornets bounce back with win

Heidar Helguson and Tom Cleverley scored the goals in the first half. Helguson's 9th minute header put Watford on their way and it was Helguson who set up Cleverley for the second in the 33rd minute.

It was a dominating Watford performance and the home side deserved the points.

For Preston it's another poor result. The visitors have just one win now in their last 6 games.

The Hornets are in 12th place on 24 points, just 3 points off Cardiff City in third place.
