Lewington Gives Credit To Millers

Watford failed to break down the Millers rearguard at Vicarage Road and in the end had to make do with just a share of the spoils against the League One basement club.

"The players kept at it and I really felt if we could get the first goal we would get quite a few," Lewington said after the goalless draw.

"Although we worked very well in the first half we didn't work their goalkeeper enough and didn't have enough on-target shots.

"One has to give Rotherham credit because they defended well, getting bodies in the way of shots and crosses."
