Sir Elton John has followed former manager Aidy Boothroyd out of the door at Watford.
The multi-millionaire singer has resigned from his post as Life President."In the light of developments, he feels he cannot remain in any formal position within the club," a statement on Elton John's official website reads.
"In a letter to Watford chairman Graham Simpson, Elton affirmed that he would always be a fan of Watford. He wishes them every success in the future."
