Omens Looking Good

Aidy Boothroyd's Watford will finalise preparations for their biggest match in seven years by staying at the Vale of Glamorgan hotel this weekend.

Used by Sven Goran Eriksson's England ahead of their World Cup qualifier against Wales a year ago, the hotel has hosted 29 of the 32 Millennium Stadium winners since major football matches were transferred from Wembley five years ago.

Leeds United meanwhile, has booked into the St Davids Hotel, the same accommodation used by FA Cup Winners, Liverpool last weekend.
