"I was really pleased to get to half-time with the score still at 1-1," Lewington said after the draw.
"We started well and scored, but then I thought Wolves played particularly well, and we had trouble dealing with the lad Olofinjana who plays just behind the front two.
"We debated at half-time whether to change or be positive, and we decided to carry on the way we were, and I thought Wolves faded a bit in the second half."
